Prices quoted are in ZMW. A VAT exemption form is required for eligible organisations / Payment must be completed within 15 days from the date the invoice is issued / This can be done through cash, EFT, or bank cheque addressed to LOMBO MEDIA / A 50% down payment is required as confirmation for out-of-town Jobs / Upfront payment is required for first time clients / Lunch for the Technicians to be provided by the Client / A Confirmation is made either through an LPO, 50% down payment or payment of the total invoice / Equipment shall be provided to the client at the venue at the clients risk / The client will be liable for the replacement of lost or damaged equipment during the event / Onsite systems will be maintained and operated by the onsite technician / The client shall provide a virtual platform for Conferencing/Streaming & will provide sufficient internet bandwidth with minimum ratio 10MBPS up/ down. Additi apply if LOMBO MEDIA provides internet services.
